Comprehensive Investment Solutions, LLC
Comprehensive Investment Solutions, LLC (“CIS”) is an investment advisory firm registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. CIS is partially-owned by shareholders of Drucker & Scaccetti, P.C. and by current or retired shareholders of Drucker, Math & Whitman, P.C. The professionals at CIS provide clients with objective advice, and therefore they accept no commissions and sell no financial products. They offer investment advice that is customized to each client's individual financial plans, needs and goals. Their aim is to reduce clients' investment costs and income taxes, as well as the burden of monitoring their own investments. In addition to developing investment strategies for their clients, the advisors at CIS also oversee the implementation of these strategies by selecting and monitoring mutual funds and skilled professional money managers. They regularly monitor the progress of each investment plan and update clients with periodic reports on asset allocation and profitability. In addition, CIS can provide clients with trust and custodial services through the National Advisors Trust Company, FSB, a financial institution owned by more than 100 independent investment advisory firms.

D&S Mortgage Programs, Inc.
Our wholly owned subsidiary, D&S Mortgage Programs, Inc. (“D&S Mortgage”), can assist clients in obtaining residential mortgages, often without any “out-of-pocket” costs. This service is a convenience to our clients who frequently request that D&S Mortgage assist them with securing mortgages for themselves or their family members. With an intimate understanding of clients’ financial situations, D&S Mortgage tries to structure and place mortgages that are consistent with each client’s goals and objectives.

Drucker, Math & Whitman, P.C.
Drucker, Math & Whitman, P.C. (“DM&W”) is a full-service CPA firm located in North Brunswick, New Jersey. DM&W provides a complete range of traditional CPA firm services, including accounting, auditing, tax and general business consulting. The firm is managed by Ronald H. Drucker, Sheldon Whitman, Barry Siegel and Mitch Lazar, who collectively have over 100 years of experience. Additional shareholders include Joseph Schrum, Fran Whitman and Leonard Whitman. As we do at Drucker & Scaccetti, P.C., the shareholders at DM&W emphasize an approach to client engagements based on personalized service, responsiveness, integrity and creativity. DM&W's clients include privately-owned businesses in manufacturing, construction, professional/medical service, wholesale, distribution and real estate. In addition to privately owned businesses, DM&W's clients also include pension plans, nonprofit and government entities, and companies registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Shaiman, Drucker, Beckman & Sobel, LLP.
Our relationship with the law firm of Shaiman, Drucker, Beckman & Sobel, LLP (“SDB&S”) has deep roots. S. Laurence Shaiman is a seasoned attorney with over 30 years of experience. D&S has worked with Mr. Shaiman for many years. SDB&S was formed in January 2001. Ronald H. Drucker, Ronald J. Beckman and Mark Sobel are founding shareholders in this independent law firm and are also shareholders of Drucker & Scaccetti, P.C. Messrs. Drucker, Beckman and Sobel help ensure the D&S philosophy of client services and technical excellence is a meaningful part of SDB&S. With the formation of this law firm, D&S attorney shareholders can implement and facilitate many of the legal strategies developed for D&S clients and non-clients. SDB&S provides traditional legal services such as estate document drafting, corporate formation and transactional services, and real estate services. We believe SDB&S will be a significant resource to those of our clients requiring the legal services they can provide.
