D&S Job Opportunities Senior Public Accountant with Emphasis in Taxation We are seeking experienced Public Accountants to join our professional services organization. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of at least three to five years of public accounting experience, preferably with a focus in tax consultation services. In addition, a CPA certification and a Master's in Taxation, or pursuing the same, are highly desired. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five to ten years of professional experience, preferably Big 4, with a focus in tax consultation services. CPA, Master's in Taxation, J.D., L.L.M, or pursuing the same, are desired. Responsibilities include: assist in new business development, develop and maintain excellent client relationships by managing client expectations through effective communications; lead research & resolution of complex tax issues; analyze and formulate tax planning strategies to satisfy the client's business and tax objectives. Also responsible for maintaining the profitability of engagements, billing, and, the scheduling, mentoring and developing of staff members.
